Elitebook 8440p Bios update failed

I was told to come to this community but didnt see a elitebook type selection in  "select location"

This issue im having I update bios in my elitebook 8440p with "Bios F.60 Rev.A(30 Nov 2015), sp73930.exe"

it finished, rebooted, now i got a paperweight. lights are on, power, wifi, cdrom made noise, blank screen nothin else. Yep nice job HP. only flashed bios cause the battery was saying "can not be charged" and 0%

I put Rom.bin on flash drive, press Windows+B, Windows+Down arrow, nothin light dont blink.

Who told you that and when?  This became outdated in May 2015.
