Enabling Aruba AP WiFi 6 question

Dear All, 

                 I'm new in meraki, and i have a question would like to ask regarding on MR44 802.11 ax, so 802.11 ac are still in 5Ghz ? just wonder how i can enable 802.11 ax wifi 6 in meraki MR44 AP, is it also depend on the country that i'm using it ? any help would be appreicated
