Enabling Aruba Location Services and Guest Provisioning -Aruba 7210 controllers

I am currently working with an Aruba Wireless LAN Controller (WLC 7210) and would like to implement the following features:

Location Services – The ability to provide centralized visibility and management of our wireless network, including location tracking and analytics for devices and users within the network.

Guest Provisioning Profile – A captive portal that allows visitors to enter their information (such as name, email, or phone number) before being granted access to the guest Wi-Fi network.

Could you please confirm if these features are supported with the current OS version  8.10.0.7 LSR on the WLC 7210? If not, are there any workarounds or configurations that can help achieve these functionalities? What are the needs and prerequisites?
