How do i now if my MSTP is enable in my 3com 4500G

Hi,

In the past week a have faced a flapping issue im my network on my switches.
I have heterogeneous models of switch and brands ion my site.
So, what i am doing is correcting the STP settings on all my switches L2.

in this case, i dont know if my STP is ENABLE, because on GUI in options: Device > MSTP > Device Setup  is showing me the STP is not enable.
and CLI is showing this when i do the commando "display stp":
-------[CIST Global Info][Mode RSTP]-------
CIST Bridge :32768.001a-c14e-2f80
Bridge Times :Hello 2s MaxAge 20s FwDly 15s MaxHop 20
CIST Root/ERPC :0.f8b1-5694-8745 / 20000
CIST RegRoot/IRPC :32768.001a-c14e-2f80 / 0
CIST RootPortId :128.49
BPDU-Protection :enabled
Bridge Config-
Digest-Snooping :disabled
TC or TCN received :3046
Time since last TC :3 days 1h:17m:45s

So im a little confuse right now, can someone explain to me, apreciate
