How to Capture all the traffic (IN & OUT) of Core switch uplink interface. HP Switch 5406R

Hi, 

How to capture all the logs/traffic which has been passing through uplink interface? Switch Model HP Switch 5406Rzl2.

Basically i am finding some solution that capture all the traffic (IN & OUT) on interface of switch. i don't want to connect laptop on switch interface for capture the log.

Is there any method that we can simply capture logs. for example doing debugging on Wireless AP and User with the help of User MAC.
