how to get HP Photosmart 7760 to print in color. Have inserted a 57 and 58 and cannot print?

Have not done colored printing in a few years.  Went to print luggage tags for cruise, they are colored coded to deck numbers.  Put a 57 and a 59 ink in but it wont print.  Did the calibratio sheet and it came our with colors..  I am pretty sure that it is just some little thing that I am forgetting.  I did change the print sheet to color.  Any ideas??   Sammie
