HP 2848

Hey guys. I'm new to networking. I've been having issues with an HP Procurve 2810 with all lights illuminated and nothing is happening. I was able to get the config from that switch and configure it to a new switch, Procurve 2848. After configuration, I used the same GBIC from the previous switch and moved over to the new one. The "M" symbol illuminates however, port 46 doesn't illuminate. I am lost. I checked the config and it all matched up fine.
