hp 430 notebook pc crashing

My hp 430 notebook pc is crashing a lot now days and the screen is flickering when i am using it on full resolution but seems to work fine in safe mode and on lower resolution (1280*720). What shall i do to overcome this issue.

Does this laptop also have a heat sink on gpu?

And if yes then do i have to apply thermal paste on gpu too?
