HP 9050 Printer Driver problem for Windows 8.1 64 bit

Receently upgraded the OS of one of the system from XP to windows 8.1 64 bit. So I had no other option but to instal Universal Driver from HP Website. 100% black (CMYK) is printed as 80% black in the printer. But in XP same is printed as 100% black only. 

Help in this is much appreciated. (Please let'me know if any other information is also required)
