HP ALM - Download test cases w test steps from ALM to XLS

Want to download test cases WITH TEST STEPS from alm back to excel. All I seem to get is a Word doc available to be selected. Already tried these steps..

 

Steps - Go to Test Plan Tab, Select the Folder/ Test Plan, Click on Analysis, Click on Project Report, Select Tests with Design Steps,
