HP/Aruba 2530 CLI confusion

I have several 2530 switches. I'm facing the same probem on all of them. I can enter configuraton mode via config terminal, but no matter what command I input, i get an error "Invalid in put: command"  I"m pretty baffled. 

For example, I'm trying to add a machine to authorized-managers and it happens.

I try to set up SNMP and it happens.

EDGE-HP-2530-01# config terminal
EDGE-HP-2530-01(config)# ip authorized-managers <removed> 255.255.255.255 access manager
Invalid input: ip
EDGE-HP-2530-01(config)# snmp-server enable
Invalid input: snmp-server
EDGE-HP-2530-01(config)#
