HP LaserJet Enterprise M4555 MFP Printers - 49.38.07 Error

After upgrading the firmware of our HP LaserJet Enterprise M4555 MFP Printer, we get the 49.38.07 Error

I have tried to follow the guidlines found on the web, but I am not able to fix that error.
