hp probock 4540s battery is not charging
my battery is not charging and I can't power on my lab using battery. I tried to test battery using hp pc diagnostics windows tool but no result appeared for more than 12 hour. When I cancelled the test , I found in the log this message "HP service is not installed. CeementBatteryCheckResult: 12 DevicesSupported: 0 DeviceCount: 0"
