HP procurve port flapping

I'm new to networking so bare with me, please. Today I created an uplink for traffic from a HP Procurve POE switch to a Cisco 9300. The uplink is UP and I can see all my cameras on that VLAN, but the switchports on the HP side are flapping. Every camera on that VLAN is flapping. The switchport is UP, goes down for a few seconds, then goes back to UP and moves to the next switchport and does this for all traffic one at a time across the whole vlan. I swapped out the HP switch temporarily just to see if the problem stopped but it didn't. Could 1 bad Patch cord on the VLAN affect all the other traffic or would I be looking at just the uplink as the problem with maybe faulty SFP or Patch cable? I'm new to the forum and wasn't sure how to upload pictures. The show logs on the HP side also showed excessive CRC/alignment errors.
