Since days I am turing some how in cirlcle, not beeing able to receive a link to download the fimrware for the HP V1910-48G Switch JE009A.

And, as reported from ohters as weel, there seems to be an issue with the profiles: "Error - Error during authentication, please log out and try again. Reason: Your account may need further review. If this problem persists, please contact Aruba Support for assistance 1-800-WiFi-LAN (US Toll Free) or +1-408-754-1200 (International)."

Why can't anybody provide a pure donload-link? This is really frustrating and foces me to think twice when bying a new HP hardward next time.
