HPE 1920s-24G as DHCP Relay Agent

I'm currently using HPE 1920s as my distribution switch, but I want to use it as a core switch. I'm having a difficulty setting the DHCP Relay. I'm done configuring my router to be the DHCP Server. 

Can anyone guide me through it? I'm not able to get any valid IP at all. Only APIPA Address.
