HPE 5140 PoE false reports, UniFi APs restarts on device connect

Hi, 

I added 7 Unifi Access Points to the HPE 5140 48G PoE+ Switch but  only Port 40 and 46 report "power delivering". If I disconnect one of those two all other APs are restarting like when powerloss. I pulled one of them out just to confirm it again before posting but now 3 Ports connected to APs report power delivering. This happens on 6 out of 7 switches.

Also on one of 7 switches all APs are randomly restart. Last entry on the AP log before this happens is the lost connection or established connection to a device.

I also updated the firmaware to the latest in hope it would solve the PoE problem but it does not. 

Software: 7.1.070 Release 6343

I tried everthing I could imaging. I hope someone can tell me whats going on here.
