HPE MSR958 JH300A can't log in to web inteface

Hello, we bought brand new router HP MSR958 JH300A, and can't login into web interface default ip is 192.168.0.1 with admin/admin

before that we had 2 same routers and web ui worked fine.

or maybe default login/pass is changed?

also we connected to console via Com port with putty, and i didn't understand what command need to be entered for changing login/pass in web ui.

please help me!
