HPE OfficeConnect 1620 Boot Issue

Hi,
I'm having startup problems on the HPE 1620 JG913A switch, here's what it shows:

System is starting...

I don't know how to download the flash image, the file that, according to the message, informs that it does not exist.

I don't have much experience, if the community can help me, I'm immensely grateful in advance.
