HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1820 48G J9981A Crash

hello ,

We are using two HPe 1820 48G J9981A switches.

Both switches have static IP's and we are able to use the webinterface to login,

the core switche hange and i can't connect to it from my network and all the connection goes down until i restart it from the power plug and this fault has repeated several times, i have update the software version (PT.02.14)
