Is HPE "OneView for VMware vCenter capable of
1.. Removing a new node from an existing cluster?
2. Create a new VMware cluster within vCenter Server?

Yes sir/ma. I have searched for many articles online with no none able to point me to the right answer.
Which operation can be performed using HPE OneView for VMware vCenter Server?
1. Remove a new node from an existing cluster
2. Create a new VMware cluster within vCenter Server
3. Configure VMware cluster properties tor HA and DRS
4. Create a new distributed switch for cluster connectivity
