I'm getting a proper solution from hp!
again you have sent the wrong product you all are just misleading us by providing the wrong information and wrong product this is third time when you have sent wrong product. for getting such kind of worse service we pay you around 10000 rs every year! so that you can send us the wrong product again and again which took more than 20 days and 100's of calls and many more messages and just look at the call time duration which I've spent on calls. so hp if you are not going to provide me a proper solution to the next morning then i'll have to move consumer court.
