Hello @EmpireSB,

Thank you for writing to us!

You have reached the wrong company for HP products (Laptops, Desktops, Printers)

For HP products, you may have to register and post in the HP Support Forums: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/

Re: IoT MAC Device Loses Connection when 802.1x is enabled

Hi,

I'm confused.  I have an issue regarding 802.1x configuration on a HPE 5140 48G PoE+ 4SFP+ EI Sw JL824A switch.  When I look at the other forum, I don't see any topic for networking and switching.  Please advise where I should post this question.  I've seen other 802.1x configuration questions posted in this forum.

I think moderator got confused too. You never mentioned your product on the first post. It said printer issues. By looking at the product now-HPE 5140 48G PoE+ 4SFP+ EI Sw JL824A switch, it seems like a networking switch issue. I'll let the mod response but AFAIK you need to go to Aruba Airheads Community. maybe this link will help:

Search - Airheads Community (arubanetworks.com)

Thank you!   I think you're right about going over there.  It looks like switch issues in this forum as labeled as Legacy and set to read only.
