JIRA Integration in ALM Synchronizer

Hello,

When I try to establish a link in ALM Synchronizer, It is throwing me below error:-

ERROR #1- adapter.CONNECTION_FAILURE : Failed to connect to endpoint of type JIRA. Error: com.mercury.qc.gossip.exp.GossipServerException: adapter.CONNECTION_FAILURE : Failed to connect to endpoint of type JIRA. Error: com.hp.qc.synchronizer.adapters.exceptions.AdapterConnectionException: Failed to create session. Status code=400. Message=Bad Request..
ERROR #2- adapter.CONNECTION_FAILURE : Failed to connect to endpoint of type JIRA. Error: com.hp.qc.synchronizer.adapters.exceptions.AdapterConnectionException: Failed to create session. Status code=400. Message=Bad Request.
ERROR #3- Failed to create session. Status code=400. Message=Bad Request

Could you please help me on the above error and what will be the reason for this ?

Note:- I have installed the JIRA certificates on ALM Sycronizer server.
