Re: Keyboard not working

Can anyone help? I bought a new mouse today but when I tried to set it up, the cursor worked on the computer but the keyboard would not work. I changed the batteries in the keyboard but still not working.

I have an all-in-one computer with wireless mouse and keyboard.

The mouse I bought is a HP Z3700.
