LaserJet M3035 scanner is not working
Our HP LaserJet M3035 MFP scanner went out. I understand that we can no longer scan or copy but we should be able to use it just as a printer but it won't print all the time. It continually goes off line and won't print. If we turn it off and back on then it will print the 1 job but then stops printing. Why won't the printer stay on line and let us just print to it? We want to be able to just print to it over the network. Is there something we can do to turn off the other functions and still use it as a printer. At least until we use up our toner. Thanks

Hi,
Support for Hewlett Packard Inc (HPI) products is provided by HPI, which is a different company from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. You can find the HP Support Forums at http://h30434.www3.hp.com/.

Told ya, run around
It is a printing problem and not a scanner, copying, faxing issue. I already confirmed that my scan/copy/fax is not working. I want to get the printer working.

You will still need to go to the correct company which is HP Inc. and then to their Support Forum for printing:
