Laserjet P3015 Factory Reset
I have already posted the question on HP Support Community. I am not getting any helpful responses.
I am trying to perform a factory reset on a Laserjet P3015 printer. It has a static IP address and I am getting an ARP duplicate message. After I go to Configure Devices- Resets- Factory Reset Settings- OK. It doesn't reset the printer. It retains the current static IP address. I have power cycled the printer.
Since this is a school, I don't have access to the router and we don't use a print server.
