Management of a 3Com Baseline Switch 2250 Plus

Hello everyone. 

I came across a 3Com Baseline Switch 2250 Plus type switch. I wanted to mine on it but I have no way to get into it.
I read its documentation and it says that we go through the web interface. But for this, you must have a CD-ROM containing the applications and other tools that come with the device.

I want to know if there is another way to get to the management interface.
