Migration of Data from ALM to TFS ViceVersa

Hi Team,

I would like to know the following about migration of data from ALM to TFS and Viceversa.

I knew "ALM Sync" is one such solution to migrate data from ALM to TFS and Viceversa for defect tracking system.

I would like to know, how far "ALM sync" can support to migrate test cases, test execution and results from ALM to TFS and Viceversa?

Also I would like to add one more point, few of the test cases are automated using UFT and need to migrate the same from ALM to TFS and Viceversa.

I knew ALM is having versioning feature in it. The reason for migration of automated test cases is due to the following:

1. we need to work in various networks, which results in firewall issues.

2. In few networks only ALM is accessible and few networks only TFS is accessible.

So, our intension is to maintain same version of scripts in either cases (both in ALM and TFS). so that same version of scripts can be accessible every where.

Please share me if any has a solution for this?

Thanks,

Shankar

Hi,

ALM and HPE software is now part of the new company, Micro Focus. So you will need to repost your question to the new Micro Focus Community at https://community.softwaregrp.com/

 Or,
