MSR1002 (JG875A) upgrade to 7.10

MSR1002 (JG875A) upgrade to 7.10

I have a HPE MSR1002 router that is currently running version 7.1.059 and I need to get it to a more current version.  The device is no longer under a warranty but I can download version 7.10.08 (7.10.67 appears to be the latest version but my credentials won't allow me to download it), I was wondering if I needed to step into 7.10 or if I can upgrade direclty from 7.1 to 7.10?
