My new HP Laptop is not installing MAC OS to it

I am unable to format my HP Laptop with Sierra latest MAC Update.

Mac OS never has and never will install easily on non-Apple hardware. Everything else is called a "Hackintosh", and the process of setup is ugly, error-prone and against the EULA of MacOS. You will not find support for this configuration in any HP forum. Best regards
