Need help with hp compaq pro 6200 sff!!!!!!!!

I have an HP Compaq Pro 6200 SFF with an i3-2100 3.10ghz  4gb ram and 320 hd. I want to know if i can upgrade the cpu and video card? All i want to do is stream games. Any help will be appreciated, thank you.
