Network Switch Error "The amount of normal fans is less than 1"
Hello, I recently got a used HPE 5900AF-48XG-4QSFP+ Switch (JC772A) for networking in my server stack since I needed it for file transfers. When I first turned on the switch, everything was working properly, and I was able to use it for 3 days before I had to turn off the power to the stack. I did not configure anything within the switch, so I believe that it was operating at factory defaults. However, when I turned the power back on, the switch did not start up properly, and networking was not working. One of the 4 fans was not working. The power supply lights are green, and so is the SYS light. When I accessed it via the console, it stated, "The number of normal fans is less than 1." I can't do anything in the boot menu, and I still face problems and can't enter any commands. I am not sure what to do from this point. I had it in a cabinet with 2 other servers, which are both ProLiant ~800-watt servers, and the power comes from 2 redundant surge-protected power supplies, so I am not sure what happened. There are no burn marks on any of the components and no capacitors have blown.
Thanks
