No Resoluion On Support case - 21 days old

We have 12 devices in a cluster mesh  with Aruba Central - created 2 years ago.     Currently splash page will not load 80% of time. When Splash page does load, guests cannot sign in.   Opened a case on issue 3 weeks ago.  No progress on why this occuring.  So, question:    Is there a HPE department or phone number I can contact to get more visabilty on issue.  I have looked and looked and cannnot find the info.     Anyone?  We are in Washington State / Northern Idaho.

We now have better visibilty on the  issue ( Case 5375801270 ),  however still unresolved.
