OfficeConnect 1820 how to backup

Dear Guys,

I have 3 HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1820 24G and i can't to do backup of then, i tried http/tftp but they show me an error that file doenst exist in the server, i tried with theses browses ie 8/9/10/11, firefox, chrome and without success,

Could you please help me with this?
