OmniStack upgrade from 3.7.9 to 4.0.1U1, upgrade one by one host or all at the same time?

OmniStack upgrade from 3.7.9 to 4.0.1U1, upgrade one by one host or all at the same time?

I have checked 6 Esxi hosts & VCSA are supported 4.0.1U1. 

just concerns about upgrade procedure, one by one or one for all. 

but I have many VMs in these 6 Esxi hosts.
