Query: PoE Probleme in HPE officeconnect 1920S 24G PoE+

I use the HPE OfficeConnect 1920S 24G PoE+ for an IP camera.
After a power outage, the switch is operational; it can send and receive data, but it does not supply power to the camera.
I attempted to reset the switch using the reset button, but it did not work.
When I log in to the switch via the web interface, the switch's web page automatically reloads.
