Printer P2035, attention light always on

Hello,

I have 2 brand new HP printer Laserjet P2035 that I just got out from their packaging but when I tried to install them and put the toners, the attention lights is kept on.  I saw the manual says that when blinking is the toner door opened, but in my case the light is always on.  How I can solve this issue?

No other light is on, only the "attention light"
