Problema de importar imagen via serial

Me pongo en contacto co ustedes por los siguientes problemas que tengo en la importación de nuevo firmware. He comprado el producto usado con modelo: HPE OfficeConnect 1950-48G-2SFP+-2XGT  Series Switch JG961a. No tengo credenciales para conectarlo a la red, ni dispongo de imagen interna.

He trabajado para importar un firmware .ipe de la versión ultima version , mensaje: no right configuration file in the current device!. Tambien prové la primera versión de fabrica primera version  y tengo el mismo problema. 

Estoy trabajando con la conexion serial mediante putty y tera Term con la configuración port: serial, baud rate: 38400, data: 8 bit, parity: none, stop: 1bit, flow control: none. Utilizo la transferencia Xmodem y no tengo problema en la transferencia todo correcto sin errores y obtengo el extended boot menu, en el utilizo la primera opcion de download image to flash para enviar la imagen y luego la opcion 2 para iniciar con la imagen pero no detecta ninguna imagen en el flash. Con esto quiero saber si el procedimiento es el correcto y los programas que utilizo son válidos.

Necesito:

1)importar una imagen a poder ser la mas actualizada

2)restablecer los valores de fabrica para adoptar mi propia configuracion
