ProDesk 400 G2 Auto Boot

Dear Community,

my ProDesk 400 G2 Microtower running Windows 8.1 gets disconnected from power when it is not in use to save the standy-consumption. When it gets reconnected to power by the power switch it automatically boots up - even when it shouldn't. I can't find a setting in UEFI to prevent it.
Can anyone tell me, how I can prevent the PC from booting up everytime?
