QTP 11 and IE 11 stop responding while using spy on IE

QTP 11 and IE 11 stop responding while using spy on IE

Hi...While spying on IE both stops responding. I believe for QTP11 it is required to install Patch QTP_00069, QTP_00086, QTP_00078. I was able to find and install QTP_00069 but not the other two. Can anybody help me to get those two patches??
