"Load Balancing" in and Active/Active network configuration

Hello All,

i have singel frame setup followed by ICM 3 and ICM 6 which had 2 LIs where the ICM 6 LI had ISCSI uplink down i mean the port channel group was down , i have just removed and re add the ports it cause the outage is there any specfic reasons ?
