Re: How to escalate HP support cases.

The 800 number at the top of the thread is now HP Enterprise Contract support so it won't help.  Trying the HP AMS line and leaving details of my issue.

If anyone can get me connected to someone at HP Inc. escalations this would help.

I have spent more than 90 minutes on the phone five times with HP Inc support.  The first four times I either got disconnected or routed to the wrong support desk (laptop once, printers another time - I have a dekstop)..  The fifth time I was told my PC wasn't under warranty any more evne though the HP website showed me that I was covered until June 2016.  The supervisor on the fifth call would not do anything other than put me at the back of the queue, which I was then told would be over an hour.  He would not even take my number to have someone call me back.

My case number is 3022970518 and I would appreciate it if someone from the appropriate escalations desk would call me.

This is the wrong company for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Inc. Support Forum:
