Re: How to escalate HP support cases.
This seems to be a trend. I contacted "Resolution" for a warranty on the second defective product I had recieved. The only since the exact unit I purchased was out of stock, I was left with the options of:
- Waiting for replenishment (which would push me out of my 30 day exchange period)
- Allow HP to refurbish my Newly purchased laptop
- Pay the difference for a laptop with greater specs.
Needless to say, no "Resolution" was made.
