Roles Issue

New to this form so I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct location.

I have HPeD installed but when I go to Edit the Project to add the roles, I see that the 2 defined users have both Not and Have roles.

I'm also unable to configure which roles the user has (nothing is displayed in the list).

I'm been able to ingest content from PST files, however Data Processing reflects that the items have been sent to IDOL but no updates fom IDOL.
I've checked IDOL and all documents have been commited.

If anyone has thoughts as to how to address the first issue (dual Role permissions) I suspect that will address the second and third issue that I'm experiencing.
