Sv9300 Call forwarding internal problem
Hi All
I have a Software system sv9300 and i have a SIP trunk and standard sip station registration starting from extension number 1000 And it ends with a extension number 3000 i don't have any issue for this.
but i have a issue when i added new station number see below the explain the issue :
Example :
I added extension number 2001 It's sends but can't receive.
The issue for this case can't receive any call from any extension number for the number (2001), And the all number that start from 2000 end of 2999 can't receive any call
Example: (Extension number 2001) ringing to (Extension number 1001) but when (1001) ringing to (2001) the issue (503 service unavailable).
But all Extension numbers that start from 1000 end of 1999 and 3000 And it's ends with a extension number 3999 can send and receive without any issue.
so please if someone can help me or explain urgently because i am a Beginner.
I am using the system since just 3 months but i have a good knowledge.
Thanks in advanced
