Swich Fault
We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our HP network switches and require immediate assistance. Below are the details of the faulty device:
Model: J9138A
We have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as e.g., power cycling, checking cables, replacing power source, but the issue persists.
Please advise on the next steps and whether the device qualifies for warranty service or replacement. If any further information or diagnostics are needed, kindly let us know.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
