The latest BIOS on Probook 4540s not recognition the SSD

Hello,I got a Problem with the latest BIOS on Probook 4540s, After Update doesn't recognition the SSD any more. Was fine with the old one, before to do the that silly mistake to update the BIOS!
when boot appear 3F0 error then showing options for a diagnostic test, if I run the HD test, test won't complete just freezing.
if choose exit , windows starts normally
Is there any way to put back the old version or suggestions?
