the volume shadow copy service entered the stopped state 7036

i have an issue with vss service it's go to stop state , we check the event viewer we find this event ID :7036 when the service go to stop state

this issue cause the backup job of vss was not complete (note: we using hp dataprotector application ) when we contact microsoft support they told me to contact HP

can anyone help me to resolve this issue ???

after reading your link i want to told you we have free space on C drive & the vss service type (manual ) and even when we start it it's returned to stop state
