UCMDB Integrations

I have the following error I am trying to integrate a number of CI's from one UCMDB database to the other UCMDB database. Both are Oracle databases  hosted on linux server(s) The error when running the job is the following See Below. Can someone explain if there is a config setting that is required to allow the exporting importing of the data

The long stream of exception messages is produced by:

jvm 1    |               at com.hp.ucmdb.api.client.http.HttpSubmitterUtils.extractExceptionFromStream(HttpSubmitterUtils.java:36)

which means that the exception is occurring on the server and being passed to the client which then unpacks and logs it.

The lowest message in the chain is:

jvm 1    | Caused by: com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.dal.CmdbDalException: [ErrorCode [1016] Number of expected objects to retrieve by type from Memory is greater than the maximum allowed.{5000000, 5767434}]

jvm 1    | Number of expected objects to retrieve by type from Memory is greater than the maximum allowed (max allowed value is: 5000000, number of currently expected is: 5767434)

The server side exception starts with:

jvm 1    | --- Start of server-side exception ---

jvm 1    | appilog.framework.shared.manage.impl.MamResponseException: [ErrorCode [1016] Number of expected objects to retrieve by type from Memory is greater than the maximum allowed.{5000000, 5767434}]

Re: UCMDB Integrations

This is the wrong forum (and in the future the wrong company) for software questions.
